I'm Rebecca and I'm so happy you're here! I created Keen on Nutrition to inspire YOU to eat more plants and thrive in order to achieve your health and nutrition goals. I used to be confused by the overabundance of nutrition and fitness information on the internet too. When I went vegan in 2015 and made my career change in 2018, I knew that as I journeyed to become a registered dietitian, I needed to focus my efforts on getting the RIGHT facts and information out to the public.
At Keen on Nutrition, the days of confusion and over-complicated advice ends here. My goal is to share quick and easy-to-follow plant based nutrition tips, while highlighting science-based information that you can count on… because it’s been curated by someone who is working to be an expert in the field.
